| I just started working at Home! |

My company was needing to cut back staff, and so I talked with my old boss and decided to take a layoff.
I've been working with my online businesses for a while now, and they are just about at the point where we can make it on our own. I'm hoping that by being able to apply myself full time, I will be able to get the income up more.
So far it's been great. No daily grind of the commute to work and back home. Working on the prokects I want to. I will say that I don't waste any time with "get rich quick" schemes or "make money fast" offers, I've simply been working on my retail business, and online services to make a real income.
It's very exciting. Anyone else been able to make a similar transistion, or hoping to soon? |

But, it was also 18 years ago when there was no information super highway, no online promotion or sales, etc.
We did have electricity, fax machines, and other technology available, just no capital for a computer and no need for it with no internet service at that time.
My business is home-based, but 99% of my sales back then was face-to-face. Today, I can do a good percentage of my orders online, with occasional visits to my customers.
I wasn't an overnight success, but it was well worth the hardships and struggle to get my business established.

Hi Mark. How long have you been working your home business?
How long did it take you to get established?
I've been with my business for 2 months now, I really like the product and I am trying to do this full force!
Right now I am in the military, so I'm obligated to be in until Dec of this year, which is when I get out.
I'm trying to establish a nice income by the end of Dec, which is 4 months away. Do you think this is a reasonable goal. This is not a get rick quick business that I am in, I definitely have to work at it, but $500 a month at least, that's attainable in 4 months right?

Hey, I've not been doing it that long, but I was laying the groundwork for a few years before hand.
If you've got a real business venture going, then it is certainly possible. There isn't any one answer, since it works out differently for everybody.

This mystery man says he can show you how
to become a millionaire. At first I laughed at his claim and even
called him 'wacked-in-the-head'..... right to his face! But, after I personally half-heartedly
followed his advice... ... I made an extra $1000.00. Keep in mind, that was with very little
effort on my part. If I would have really put some effort into it I could have pulled in tens of thousands in a few days!Anyway... check this guy out.

I've deleted all but one of your multiple posts.
Everyone was identical, with the idea of getting people to click on your website link due to your teaser ad.
#1. Advertising and recruiting are restricted to specific forums. Definitely not in the discussion & news areas.
#2. Not one of you posts offered any advice or suggestions, merely the ad for the unknown person who gave you the secret to becoming a millionaire.
#3. Read the rules of this forum and follow them, and you may find your posts will be allowed to remain. Keep on breaking them, and you are more likely to find yourself banned.

I have been working on a home business for awhile. I have a website, but I have too many products on it. I need to limit my selection. I had the website built and I have an instruction manual on how to change it, but I need to find the time to read it !
In the meantime, I am also trying a few other work-at-home ideas to see if they will generate income quicker and with less effort.

If you had the T-shirt with the one design or message that everybody wanted (or at least a lot of people  ) then you could quite well. It could be as simple as that.
The person who dreamed up the first "pixel" sale website made a lot of money from their idea. It cost almost nothing to create. From their imagination came riches.

I got unemployed a few months back and have always been VERY sceptic about these home business-thingies. I decided to give it a try anyway, since I have nothing to lose coz I was going bankrupt, and now I'm a believer.  And that only after a few weeks!
These things really work, as most of you know, so this internet business of mine kinda saved me. Actually, it literally saved me, from going bankrupt and improving the quality of my life. This really is Amazing! No more busrides to work...

I have been going only a month now and have basically 3 different things going to see which one deserves more of my attention...Good Luck Mark... I am in the same situation you were in a few months ago.. had the job I had worked at for 9 years swept out from under me.. I feel like in the long run.. it will be the best thing that ever happened to me!

I have a trading site then a range of other opportunities. There are heaps out there and you could chase new ones forever. Chasing opportunities just seems to cost you money. Find something you think might work and really give it a good go.

Good luck to those just starting. Having been on this wagon for nearly two years, I just read the "Manifesto" that you may have heard of. It is not the most mind-blowing thing you have ever read, but it states the facts. You need to read it to keep yourself on-track. Otherwise you will hop around trying everything.
