I start net business on Jan 2005. I work only 4 hours a day using ARC Plus glass. My eye problem starts on October.

What is "ARC Plus glass"? I couldn't figure out what that was using Google.

Is your problem related to eye strain?

If so then there are serveral things that you could try...

Make sure that the lighting in your work area is conducive. For example, you don't want to work in a darkened room with only the computer monitor glowing. This isn't natural and creates strain.

Make sure that your monitor is at a comfortable brightness, and if it's CRT-based check the focus settings so that your picture is as clear as possible.

Finally, one useful excercise is to frequently look up from the monitor and instead focus on the farthest-away object you can. This is the equivalent of taking a moment to stretch your muscles, except this stretches the muscles that control focus in your eye which will reduce strain.

I hope that helps. Good luck to you.
